I encounter a lot of people in my line of work and lately I’ve been so moved by how hard we all work. We work at becoming better partners or parents or friends or business owners. We work at becoming healthier and more active; we try to eat better, to communicate better, to be a better person.
I just wanted to acknowledge what a good job we’re all doing. We are all so precious, doing what we do – for ourselves, for others, for this remarkable planet.
But, sometimes it’s just too much work, right?
It’s a dance or even a tug-of-war, really, between knowing that ultimately we are okay as we are and working to change and improve who we are.
I don’t know the answer to this, it’s something I struggle with too, this issue of striving vs. accepting. I’m usually in both places at the same time, and I’m okay with that most of the time.

A drop or two of each (choose 3-4) rubbed directly onto the soles of your feet
In a diffuser around the home or office
Flower Essence
Gentian – according to Bach, this essence inspires a positive attitude when you feel discouraged or despondent due to setbacks.
